The sole reason you have insurance is to protect yourself from an unfortunate claim.  You need to be put back into the same position you were in prior to the claim occurring.  In order to mitigate your loss, you need quick action by all parties involved.  That is why we offer 24 / 7 claims reporting.  We encourage you to call us directly if you experience a loss.  Our trained professionals will claim council you.  We will make sure you understand the ramifications of submitting a claim and the claims process.  A claim can be quite tramatic and we will guide you through this process step by step.

After Hours, Weekends and Holidays:

Most claims do not need to be reported to your insurance company until the next business day. If you experience a claim after hours, you may  report a claim directly to our office using the forms below.  This will be our first priority and we will contact you immediately on the next business day.

After a claim is reported to our office:

  • We will be diligent in contacting the adjuster and yourself to ensure a timely repair.
  • We will take the lead in co-ordinating meetings and appraisals between the parties.
  • We will review with you risk management tools that may assist you in preventing another loss.
  • We will offer clarity on any forms you may have to complete.
